Career Training
We meet Scholars where they are — connecting them with coaches, resources, and a community of support during their high school years.
Education & Training
Avenue Scholars seniors who complete the high school phase of the program receive ongoing coaching, access to programming, and funding assistance to complete their education/training — up to an associate degree — with an approved Avenue Scholars postsecondary partner organization.
Career Services Coaches
Avenue Scholars Career Services Coaches provide individualized support to help Scholars develop the job-ready skills and attributes needed for workplace success and ultimately enter a career.
Facilitators
MCC Facilitators provide expertise in designated career fields of study and managing MCC-related processes, such as course registration, financial aid, etc.
A continuum of support
High School
Coaching, foundation-building, and career exploration starting sophomore year.
Career Training
Associate degrees, certifications, and hands-on training in high-demand fields.
Career Entry
Employer connections, job placement, and continued support as Scholars enter the workforce.
