Phase 1:

High School

We meet Scholars where they are — connecting them with coaches, resources, and a community of support during their high school years.

Who We Serve

Building a strong foundation

Avenue Scholars works with young people at a pivotal moment in their life’s journey. Through one-on-one coaching and comprehensive support, we walk with them through high school and beyond, guiding them toward high-wage, high-demand, and highly fulfilling careers.

Partner high schools

A personal champion at every step

Each Avenue Scholar is supported by a dedicated High School Career Coach who guides their personal and career development through intensive one-on-one support and teaches for-credit courses at partner high schools.

Coaches meet Scholars where they are, whether that’s helping navigate college applications, building a resume, or simply being a consistent, trusted adult in a Scholar’s life.
